NO SUGAR NO WRINKLES!!!



Sugar not only gives you wrinkles but it also damages your internal organs.  Sugar binds with proteins, causes radical damage, and stiffens collagen in your skin that makes it inflexible and causes wrinkles.  This aging substance makes your body insensitive to insulin and leptin which can cause weight gain, and diabetes because it's hard for your body to tell when it's time for you to stop eating.  Sugar will stiffen your joints.  Remember when I said that sugar stiffens collagen?  Well your joints have collagen in them and collagen is protein.  What happens is the sugar binds to this protein and can cause arthritis and other tissue damages.  I know it's easier said then done because I looove sugar my self.  I think it's safe to say that this stuff is poisonous and maybe we need to figure out how to eliminate this stuff out of our diet.  Not only does it give you wrinkles but it also interrupts the signals in your body that can help you not gain weight.  So lets try to drink more water and eat less sugar ok?  Will you try to cut sugar out of your diet?  Leave comments down below and thanks for reading!!
